Winner must be 21 years old. Winner need not be present to win. Standard 15 day waiting period will apply. First-time gun owners must have HSC CARD from California DofJ. (You have to take a 30 question test and pay $25.00 for the card if you don’t have one already) A Registered FFL will assist in the transfer of ownership. 2 Alternate tickets will be drawn in the event that the winner is not available/able to claim prize.
